Senior Photos

Prestige is our school's contracted photographer for senior portraits. You will receive a letter from Prestige regarding portraits over the summer. The advantage to using Prestige is that your photo will automatically be included in the yearbook and on the class composite without you having to do anything. Prestige also supports our school community by taking photos of events throughout the year and providing the school with various photo-related items as needed without charge. It is highly recommend that you go to Prestige to at least have your photo taken for the yearbook and composite. Prestige offers various pricing options and coupons throughout the summer. For those students unable to make it to a studio, there will be a Quick Shoot with one outfit and limited poses in the fall, but spots are limited. Look for information on the announcements, social media, and/or in your English class. If the cost of a sitting fee is a financial burden, please speak to the adviser (B-16) about your options. We would love to have all Seniors photographed by Prestige and therefore, be featured in the class composite which is displayed outside the main office.
Attire & Restrictions

Attire: The purpose of Senior Portraits is to celebrate the milestone of completing your high school career and to document who you are right now so you will never forget. It's also the first and last time many people will have their portraits taken, with the possible exception of their wedding day. If you choose a session with multiple outfits, this is the time to show your unique personality. For your yearbook photo, you want to choose more formal attire and a more traditional pose so that you look your best because it will become a permanent part of the school and community record seen by thousands of people for years to come.

Recommended: Dress shirt and tie and suit or sport coat, a modest blouse, sweater, or dress that is not too tight with classic non-distracting accessories.

Restrictions: Certain clothing is not suitable for a formal senior portraits. Inappropriate portraits may result in your photo appearing in the smaller Senior Section as opposed to the Senior Portraits or your photos not being included at all. None of the following should appear in your Yearbook photo: tank tops, sleeveless tops, shoulder-baring tops, low-cut tops, tops with sayings or logos, hats, sunglasses, varsity jackets, and/or cap and gown.

Pose selected by November 5, 2022; if you do not choose a pose, Prestige will choose one.

Non-Prestige portraits must be submitted as a jpeg of at least 300 dpi through email to stallionyearbook@gmail.com by November 5, 2022. Non-Prestige portraits must still fulfill all of the requirements including a blue background to be featured in the Senior portrait section; have your photographer email us for a list of requirements prior to November 5. Portraits that do not meet the requirements may result in your photo appearing in the smaller Senior Section as opposed to the Senior Portraits or your photo not being included at all.
